* _Stickiness_: Still very hard, need to be intentional all the time.
* _Impact_: Grogginess continues to decrease, appetite still high.
* Aerobic exercise [Day 3]: Getting used to it, less winded.
* Stickiness: Slowly becoming a habit
* Impact: Still winded, but much less than day 1. Smoking still a dreadful prospect.
**General mood : Improved. Concentration levels are high, stress levels are low. Feeling more in control.**
