# Mental health in the times of COVID-19

* **Caloric restriction [Day 2]:** A bit less hard after having had a proper breakfast. Still often thinking about food. Energy levels high, concentration levels around the same as pre-restriction.
* _Stickiness_: Seems more doable today than yesterday, but still noticeable
* _Impact_: Too early to tell, although grogginess continues to be low.
* **Aerobic exercise [Day 2]: **Muscles are sore, think I'll have to do a break today or plan a recovery session.
* _Stickiness_: Not yet a habit at all. Motivating myself to work out was hard, particularly because of sore muscles.
* _Impact_: Still winded, but less than yesterday. The burning in my lungs has decreased and my desire for cigarettes decreased drastically as a consequence.
**General mood : Still excited about the new routines, distracted from the Covid-19 news regarding Boris being admitted to the ICU.**
